A day ago, Firefox 8.0 final version has been released. Because it is still fairly new, you can just download it via the Mozilla FTP server (ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/8.0/) for free.
In the meantime until this article was made, the official website (http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/fx/) still provides an earlier version of Mozilla Firefox 7.0.1 because it will show and release it officially on the 8th this November.
In addition to the version of Windows, Mozilla also provides Linux and Macintosh versions. Architecture for Linux already supports 32 - and 64-bit number which can be run on all Linux distributions.
