For Windows users can disable Java Java degan go to cotrol panel, go to the Security section, then Uncheck the section "Enable Java content in the Browser". This will disable the Java plug-in on your browser.

As reported by CNET (01/11/2013), the threat of Trojan Mal/JavaJar-B that uses the Java vulnerability only affects computers with Java installed in it.
